Resource List

This list of resources is provided so that you may consider the effects that artistic work may have on mental health and well being before undertaking a new project as an artist. This is a short list to several long conversations, but there are many ways to connect if any of us happen to find ourselves in crisis, and plenty of places to learn some good practices to keep ourselves safe.

The coordinators, facilitators and mentors of Sparkin’ Art will also be available to reach out to should you feel comfortable doing so. We want to ensure that everyone feels supported during our programs and free to express themselves without fear of judgement.
